    Hey J,

    Just wanted to let you know that this clip changed my life. Seriously.

    For two weeks after listening to it, I didn’t get angry once. No raised voice, no temper, no impatience. It was amazing.

    I’ve backslid a little, but it has really changed a lot of things for me, and I find it much easier to stay centered in the midst of chaos.

    Not bad for an 8-minute clip, huh?
