Is This You?
Can you relate?
• You’re constantly experimenting with different family structures and discipline tactics, but have trouble being consistent with them. So, in the moment, you opt for the path of least resistance, leaving you winning the battle but losing the war.
• You love your family and want to meet their needs, but what about your needs? Where do you squeeze in that much needed exercise class, yet alone just 15 minutes for yourself? You have more things on your list than you can realistically complete. You’re exhausted and feelings of guilt begin to creep in that you’re not spending enough time with the family.
• You have good communication skills. You generally get along well with people. There are times when communication with your family members or kids is easy. But there are still too many frustrating times when conversations end up going nowhere. You’re tired of dealing with communication breakdowns and a hit or miss way of resolving differences. You’re tired of losing your cool, and want consistent and loving communication. But how do you even begin?
• You’ve lost your way in work/life balance. You intentions to spend more time with the family are real, but somehow work keeps accumulating and it seems like the more time you take off, the more the workload continues to pile up. Is it possible to succeed in work without costing you quality time with your family?
